Made the tough decision to skip my usual Wednesday lunch plans.
I usually hit up my campus Chinese place. It usually means I get a take out box and devour it during my next class. I’m skipping this because that isn’t a healthy choice and I did not make healthy decisions last night. I will still have lunch but I am hoping to indulge in a healthier alternative.
If you fall down, get back up. It doesn't matter how many times you fall, as long as you get back up.
Due to a stressful week, lol I do know it’s only Wednesday, I had some pizza and candy last night with my hubby. Wasn’t a smart move so early on but, with two exams and a project all within two days, I was in need of something. Moral of the story, I need to find a new outlet for stress and not allow it to be food.
